Overview

Servtech, a Roeslein & Associates Company, is looking for an Electrical Supervisor to lead its electrical team in manufacturing facilities focused on energy and industrial power markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and supervisory experience, along with a commitment to safety and quality in project execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Interview, select, and train new employees in the electrical team
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and report safety situations promptly
  • Review project drawings and ensure resource allocation
  • Perform inspections to meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
  • Provide leadership and support for safe electrical system installation and wiring
  • Inspect electrical systems and components for compliance and safety

Required skills

  • At least 5 years in a supervisory role in industrial electrical field
  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrician
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • Associate degree or electrical journeyman certificate required
  • Knowledge of the National Electric Code
  • Ability to read engineering and schematic drawings
  • High Voltage AC and Low Voltage DC experience
  • Valid driver's license with a good vehicle record
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
