Overview

Synergy Labor Solutions is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for Data Center projects in Richmond, VA. The role involves planning, supervising, and directing personnel in the installation of electrical systems, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and direct installation of electrical systems
  • Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Collaborate with Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts
  • Monitor quality of workmanship and compliance with standards
  • Evaluate, mentor, and train field supervision and electricians
  • Perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders
  • Evaluate productivity and make adjustments to optimize efficiency

Required skills

  • Current State Electrical Journeyman License or 4 year engineering degree
  • 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision
  • Experience in technical industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center environments
  • Hyperscale data center experience preferred
  • Experience with $20M-$100M electrical projects preferred
  • OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
  • Understanding of construction and labor scheduling
  • Cost control and supervision skills
  • Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills
