Job Description

Overview

As an Electrical Superintendent at Facility Solutions Group, you will supervise and manage crews involved in the installation and repair of electrical systems. Candidates should have previous experience as a Foreman and a solid employment history, demonstrating integrity and the willingness to grow with the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and run electrical installation and repair crews
  • Perform working estimates and take-offs with the Project Manager
  • Establish work schedules and man-loading charts
  • Direct installation of electrical feeders, equipment, and control apparatus
  • Monitor and schedule work pace for crews and other trades
  • Handle administrative paperwork such as daily reports and safety reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety processes and protocols
  • Investigate safety incidents involving job site employees

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current State Journeyman's or Master's Electrical License
  • 6 years or more of commercial/industrial electrical experience
  • Ability to pass drug and background screen
  • Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs and fulfill other physical requirements
  • OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Communication and team leadership skills
