You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.Responsibilities:Field Leadership & Crew ManagementSupervise and support multiple crews across active job sitesPlan daily and weekly manpower needs based on project schedulesMentor and develop journeymen and apprenticesConduct daily jobsite walkthroughs to ensure quality and progressResolve field issues quickly and effectivelyProject CoordinationReview drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installationCoordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectorsSchedule and oversee inspections, testing, and commissioningTrack project milestones and communicate progress to the Project ManagerEnsure materials, tools, and equipment are available when neededQuality & SafetyEnforce company safety policies and OSHA standardsConduct toolbox talks and safety auditsEnsure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and project specificationsIdentify and correct deficiencies proactivelyDocumentation & ReportingMaintain daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updatesDocument change conditions and communicate them promptlyAssist with as built drawings and closeout documentationTrack material usage and minimize waste Qualifications:10+ years of electrical field experience, including leadership rolesStrong understanding of NEC, local codes, and commercial/industrial installationsProven ability to manage multiple crews and complex job sitesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and specificationsExcellent communication, organization, and problem solving skillsValid driver's license; OSHA 30 preferred
