Job Description

Overview

Join Amrize as an Electrical Reliability Planner and help improve the reliability and performance of plant electrical assets. This role involves effective planning, scheduling, and maintenance optimization to ensure plant safety and efficiency while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage SAP PM master data and create bills of materials (BOM)
  • Plan, review, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Schedule weekly and daily maintenance plans and major shutdowns
  • Lead meetings for major shutdowns and After Action Reviews
  • Generate and follow up on purchase requests for materials
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of plant electrical equipment conditions
  • Ensure planned inspections of electrical equipment and initiate work orders
  • Organize major electrical maintenance turnaround inspection schedules

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or Industrial Electrician Trade Certificate
  • Minimum five years experience in maintenance or production
  • Experience with preventive maintenance program definition and implementation
  • Experience with SAP, MS Suite, Google Suite, TIS, PACT
  • Maintenance Planner Certification preferred
  • Ability to manage stress and encourage the maintenance team
