The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex electrical systems on commercial, industrial, or institutional projects from pre-construction through closeout.This role requires proven leadership in managing budgets, schedules, field teams, subcontractors, and client relationships on high-value electrical construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of electrical construction projects ($20M+) from start to finishOversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and profitabilityDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestonesCoordinate with general contractors, engineers, owners, and subcontractorsReview and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documentsLead field supervision teams, foremen, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and local requirementsManage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor scopesConduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, and progressManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationIdentify and resolve project risks, delays, and field issuesMaintain strong client communication and project reportingRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in commercial electrical constructionProven experience managing large-scale electrical projects ($20M+)Strong understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systemsExperience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, etc.)Solid knowledge of NEC codes and construction safety standardsAbility to read and interpret complex construction drawingsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience managing multiple crews and subcontractorsPreferred QualificationsJourneyman or Master Electrician license preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldExperience with data centers, manufacturing, healthcare, or large institutional projectsPMP certification a plusBenefits$120,000 annual salaryPerformance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities on major high-value projects Company Description Talent Corps is an equal opportunity employer.
