Overview

The Electrical Project Engineer (Healthcare) at TLC Engineering Solutions is a hybrid role based in Oak Brook, IL, responsible for managing a variety of projects from concept to construction. The role requires collaboration with clients, technical excellence, and effective management of project teams and schedules.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all sizes and types of projects from concept to completion
  • Interface with clients and provide technical excellence
  • Lead project teams and schedules to ensure successful outcomes
  • Coordinate in-house with multiple disciplines
  • Represent the electrical discipline at meetings

Required skills

  • 9+ years of experience in architectural engineering consulting
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Expertise in electrical discipline
  • Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis
  • Experience managing moderate to complex projects
  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline
  • Strong technical and formal communication skills
