Powerfull Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Leadman to oversee electrical installation and maintenance for luxury residential projects in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, ensuring safety standards, managing project timelines, and maintaining high-quality work throughout the installation process.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Ensure efficient use of materials and equipment performance
  • Review and approve work records for team members
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain an accident-free record
  • Train new employees and resolve team grievances
  • Perform cost estimates and evaluate electrical procedures
  • Schedule and adjust workload while monitoring performance
  • Maintain professional relations with clients and suppliers

Required skills

  • 5 years of experience in electrical work
  • Knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Valid ET Card and electrical hazards training
  • Valid Class C driver license (or ability to obtain)
