Overview

WIRING SOLUTIONS INC is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman/Supervisor to join their team in Stone Mountain, GA. In this role, you will oversee electrical projects, ensuring quality and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work activities on job sites
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrical foreman preferred
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
