Overview

The Electrical Foreman at Power Design plays a vital leadership role, impacting project success by ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position involves supervising project scope, managing materials and manpower, and utilizing technology to enhance job performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned scope and manage materials and manpower alongside project superintendent and other trades.
  • Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
  • Utilize technology, including company-provided iPads and smartphones, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope.

Required skills

  • At least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar electrical projects.
  • Active journeyman or master electrician license.
  • Proficient in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
  • Basic computer and writing skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
