Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead electrical teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
  • Plan, implement, and oversee electrical installations from start to finish
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety standards
  • Manage project logistics, including materials, tools, and schedules
  • Mentor apprentices and journeymen, providing training and development opportunities
  • Coordinate with other construction professionals and departments for efficiency and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and project reports

Required skills

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a supervisory role in electrical projects
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local regulations
