Overview

Cyntergy is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Designer for retail facilities in Tulsa, OK. The candidate will be responsible for designing and coordinating lighting, power, and electrical distribution systems for various projects, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the Electrical discipline for assigned projects
  • Design and produce construction documents using Revit
  • Develop designs compliant with industry standards and building codes
  • Perform electrical engineering calculations including voltage drop and load analysis
  • Select and specify electrical equipment
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into designs
  • Represent the Electrical discipline in project meetings
  • Perform site observations and evaluate existing conditions
  • Participate in multi-discipline quality control reviews
  • Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and scope

Required skills

  • Proficiency in electrical distribution, power, and lighting design
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Knowledge of building, energy, electrical, and life-safety codes
  • Experience with SKM Power Tools or similar software
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative mindset
