Job Description

Overview

Manpower is seeking a dedicated EHS Site Coordinator to join their safety and compliance department at the Brossard facility. The role involves conducting safety inspections, managing EHS documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while fostering a safe and compliant workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct daily and weekly site safety walkthroughs and inspections
  • Support incident reporting, investigation, documentation, and corrective actions
  • Maintain comprehensive EHS documentation, training records, and compliance files
  • Coordinate site safety meetings and facilitate EHS communications
  • Assist with emergency preparedness plans, drills, and response coordination

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety coordination or related field
  • Strong knowledge of provincial (CNESST) and federal EHS regulations
  • Proven ability to conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English
