Overview

MCHC Health Centers is seeking an experienced EHR Support Analyst to join their Same-Day Clinic in Ukiah, California. This on-site role involves providing support and training for Epic users, ensuring effective use and optimization of the electronic health record system in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Epic users, including troubleshooting and workflow guidance
  • Train new providers and staff on Epic workflows and best practices
  • Deliver training sessions to improve user competency and efficiency
  • Maintain Epic tools and system configurations
  • Manage Epic error queues and In Basket pools
  • Collaborate with teams to implement upgrades and workflow improvements
  • Test new Epic features prior to deployment
  • Serve as a liaison to resolve system issues
  • Provide go-live support and ongoing optimization for clinical and operational teams

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two (2) years of EHR experience
  • Epic EHR experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in training and workshops
  • Outpatient clinical background (e.g., Medical Assistant or LVN)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms
