CPE La Becquée et des Petits Pommiers is seeking an Éducateur.trice à la petite enfance for its Canardière location in Quebec. The role involves working with young children, implementing educational programs, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure the children's safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the educational program as per CPE (HighScope)
  • Monitor the development and ensure the safety and well-being of each child
  • Develop trusting relationships with parents
  • Collaborate on individual intervention plans for children with special needs
  • Work as part of a team surrounding the children

Required skills

  • Qualified or in training for early childhood education
  • Excellent knowledge of child development
  • Current first aid certification
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Organizational skills
  • Engaged, ethical, creative, open-minded, dynamic, and loyal
