Overview

_ If you do not have experience with EB1A Petition cases please do not apply _Key Responsibilities:Lead EB1A visa applications, including preparing, filing, and supporting petitions for individuals with extraordinary skills in their fields.Advise clients on how to meet EB1A eligibility criteria, reviewing their qualifications and achievements to ensure the strongest possible case.Draft comprehensive petitions, including evidence and legal arguments, ensuring all documents are prepared accurately and filed in a timely manner.Represent clients through every step of the immigration process, through final adjudication of their petitions.Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration law and policies, particularly in EB1A petitions and other employment-based visa categories.Maintain a caseload of complex immigration matters, with a strong focus on EB1A petitions, while providing clear communication and timely updates to clients.Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to meet client goals and deadlines.Qualifications:EB1A ExperienceJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active state bar membership (preferably in Washington, or eligible to practice in the state).At least 2-3 years of experience handling EB1A petitions, with a proven track record of successfully obtaining approvals.Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law, specifically with employment-based visa categories.Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and with attention to detail.Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.Experience with other immigration matters (such as H-1B, O-1, or family-based petitions) is a plus.Why Gibbs Houston Pauw?Competitive salary ranging from $90K to $130K, depending on experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.Opportunity to work with a team of top-tier immigration professionals.
