Overview

Rachel Contracting is looking for an Earthwork Foreman based in Saint Michael, Minnesota. The role involves overseeing various earthwork and site grading projects across the Midwest, ensuring efficient execution while prioritizing safety and high craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform site grading for various construction projects including commercial and industrial developments.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as blades, dozers, excavators, and skid steers safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and manage construction phases to minimize delays.
  • Monitor ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Lead a field team of approximately 5 to 15 personnel.
  • Assist the Project Manager with material procurement and project documentation.
  • Ensure all personnel are trained in project safety requirements and company policies.
