Overview

As the Early Childhood Site Director at Bournedale Elementary School with KinderCare Education, you will lead a passionate team of educators to create engaging classroom experiences for children. This role involves ensuring educational excellence, maintaining safety and licensing standards, and fostering strong relationships with families and the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences
  • Maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards at the site

  • Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children

Required skills

  • Massachusetts EEC Director II qualified for Early Childhood Education
  • At least one year of teaching experience
  • Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
  • Strong desire to make a difference for children
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage with children
  • English proficiency for communication
