Perk: Shifts can be adjusted to fit your school schedule or another job. Job Requirements Experience: 2,500 hours of documented childcare experience. Clearances: PA State Police, PA Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprint, and National Sex Offenders Registry checks (the YMCA will help you get these if you do not have them). Health: Must pass a physical exam and a TB (Tuberculosis) test.
