Early Career Coordinator Location: Overland Park, KS (100% Onsite)Job Type: ContractPay Rate: $25.30/hourWork Authorization: Green Card Required Position Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Early Career Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding efforts for interns and new graduate talent. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping create a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Schedule a high volume of interviews for intern and new graduate candidates.Review resumes and applications to identify qualified early career talent.Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns across multiple recruiting platforms.Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire documentation.Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to facilitate equipment requests and onboarding logistics.Support recruiting events, career fairs, candidate communications, and follow-up activities.Ensure a seamless candidate and onboarding experience throughout the hiring process. Required Qualifications Passion for recruiting and supporting early career professionals.Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related field.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field; ORMinimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
