E-Discovery Attorney for a top tier law firm client. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be within commuting distance to an office in Washington, DC, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto or Boston, MA. The ideal candidate has prior or current experience as a mid-level Associate or E-Discovery attorney with a large law firm. Strong knowledge and experience with Relativity, Technology-Assisted Review (TAR), and gen AI is strongly preferred. The E-Discovery Attorney is part of the eDiscovery, AI, and Information Governance Practice Group supporting large litigation, regulatory and investigatory matters in the discovery phase. This role will report to the Practice Group chairs. Duties: Work with internal practice teams to ensure that case-specific eDiscovery processes are implemented and milestones are met. Coordinate communication between the Staff Attorney department and the Associates and Partners in charge of the case. Coordinate with the litigation support group and eDiscovery vendors to support document preservation, collection, and processing effort. Assist with privilege log preparation and other tasks related to document review/production projects. Position Requirements: JD from an accredited US law school. Current active/good standing in the DC, NY, MA, or CA Bar. Must have at least five years of eDiscovery experience in AMLAW 100 or 200 firms working on large litigation, or investigation matters at all phases of the EDRM. Litigation experience associated with discovery is required. Strong working knowledge of typical work flows of discovery document review projects. Strong experience with on-line document review systems such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, or similar software platforms. Advanced Excel skills required. Flexibility for OT, strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Salary is $260k commensurate with experience and location.
