The Ecommerce Site Merchandiser is responsible for driving a best-in-class digital product experience through strategic site merchandising, content planning, and data-informed optimization.This hybrid role works 3 days a week from our Santa Monica office. What You will Do:E-commerce Platform ManagementAnalyze business performance data and surface insights to inform site decisions and optimize the customer journeySupport A/B testing initiatives, including setup, monitoring, and post-test analysis to drive continuous improvementManage timelines and cross-functional dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of site updates and launchesIdentify and execute merchandising updates across site on a consistent basis, based on analytical reviewMonitor site performance and customer behavior, translating data into actionable recommendationsContribute to planning sessions and post-launch reviews, sharing learnings and optimization opportunitiesHelp maintain site best practices, including product taxonomy, page sequencing, and content hierarchyMonitor and optimize site search performance, including keyword targeting, search result relevance, and no-results resolution to improve discoverability and conversionAssist in set up and testing across Email + SMS channels and scheduling of campaignsOwn merchandising products across category pages, collections, custom landing pages to maximize engagement and salesAdd, update, and remove site navigation elements based on seasonal needs, assortment changes, and marketing prioritiesResponsible for leading product QA ahead of launches, ensuring accuracy across front-end and back-end flows ReportingProvide weekly category, monthly category and seasonal selling reporting to guide re-merchandising and inventory decisionsDeliver weekly and monthly onsite search performance reports, identifying opportunities to refine search logic and customer experienceProduce and analyze weekly Conversion Rate (CVR) reports to support strategic insights and optimization initiativesAssist in pulling weekly, monthly, and annual reporting across D2C channels Requirements: Required Qualifications:Skills: Analytically driven individual who can translate into an actionable plan onsiteStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate product catalogs and manage multiple tasksSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesFamiliarity with digital marketing concepts and understanding of website best practicesExcellent time management skills to adeptly handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with easeEducation: Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Business, or related field requiredExperience: Minimum 3 years in ecommerce and/or digital marketing, prefera
