Overview

DTS is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer for a position in Lansing, MI. The role involves designing, maintaining, developing, and enhancing agency applications while providing advanced technical support for the Dynamics 365 Platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, develop, and enhance agency applications
  • Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform
  • Lead project tasks including requirements gathering, planning, design, testing, implementation, and documentation
  • Define and manage technical change management processes for Dynamics 365 technology efforts
  • Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Network and Application Support
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics and Power Platform Implementations
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
  • 5+ years of Database Architecture experience
  • CICD/Release Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot application issues
  • Experience in technical customer service
