Review plans, specifications and bid documents. Perform quality takeoffs for drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates. Assist with bid submissions and project handoffs. Work closely with PM and filed supervisor and clients. 4+ years experience in estimating drywall necessary. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong mathematical, analystical and organization skills. Proficiency with estimating software.
