Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is seeking a full-time Driver/Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves transporting deceased pets and returning cremated remains, requiring compassion and a commitment to high-level customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Driving company vehicles safely and courteously
  • Transporting pets to and from family homes or veterinary clinics
  • Maintaining a professional appearance
  • Completing required paperwork and electronic forms accurately
  • Operating cremation equipment (training provided)
  • Obtaining memorial items as requested
  • Customizing and packaging cremains for delivery
  • Keeping workspaces and vehicles clean
  • Providing high-level customer service in person and over the phone
  • Handling and transporting pets with respect and dignity

Required skills
