Overview

Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is looking for a full-time Driver and Customer Service Representative for their Twinsburg location. The role involves providing compassionate service to families who have lost pets while ensuring safe and efficient transportation of animals.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
  • Perform pickups and transport pets to and from clinics and clients' homes
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork and forms
  • Keep workspaces and vehicles clean
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle and transport pets with respect and dignity
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by management

Required skills

  • Current Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift at least 75lbs unaided
  • Cell phone with calling, texting, and GPS capabilities
  • Compassionate communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to strong code of ethics
