Overview

As a DRAM Architect at Micron, you will be responsible for architecting and designing DRAM systems, focusing on optimization for power, performance, and cost. The role involves collaboration with global teams to innovate and deliver high-quality DRAM solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive solutions and tools to optimize DRAM and DRAM system performance and power efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas.
  • Drive innovation in future memory generations.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to engineers from various backgrounds.
  • Mentor and develop team members through education and training.

Required skills

  • Proven experience in Memory design and product engineering
  • 3+ years in the Memory industry with an MS degree or 5+ years with a BS degree
  • Experience with DRAM design
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends
