Our client is seeking a Documentation Specialist to support the preparation, review, and management of essential business records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to ensure operations run efficiently. This is more than a document processing role. You'll serve as a key resource for maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation across departments, and ensuring information is complete, compliant, and delivered on time. The Opportunity As a Documentation Specialist, you'll oversee the preparation, verification, and organization of operational and financial documents while partnering with multiple departments to maintain accuracy and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
