Talent Software Services is seeking a Document Control Specialist - III for a contract position in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role involves supervising day-to-day document control requirements for scrap processes and sustaining operations within a global program, ensuring documentation readiness and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise document control for scrap processes and sustaining operations
  • Resolve documentation gaps, errors, or missing evidence for retired tools
  • Centralized logging, tracking, and control of Project Management documentation
  • Verify documentation completeness for operational and financial closure
  • Maintain and update wiki/process pages and job aids for equipment deinstallation
  • Assist global PM with data collection and entry for process needs
  • Support readiness for external audits, compliance reviews, and record retention

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of work experience in document control and project management
  • Experience with compliance review and record retention
  • Knowledge of data entry and process documentation
  • Ability to resolve documentation gaps and ensure completeness
  • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's preferred
