Overview

The District Systems Analyst Manager at RoadSafe Traffic Systems plays a critical role in supporting branch leadership by ensuring accurate administrative, financial, and operational oversight across various locations. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of timekeeping, billing, and financial reporting, facilitating strategic decision-making through detailed data analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate labor costing and payroll by auditing timecard systems.
  • Review branch invoices for compliance with contracts and rate accuracy.
  • Monitor financial reports including KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
  • Oversee data input into client portals with timely corrections.
  • Create and analyze sales and billing reports.
  • Train and lead administrative teams on billing and collection processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of timecard reporting to identify operational enhancements.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operational management
  • Proficient in financial software systems and advanced Microsoft Excel functions
