Overview

As a District Manager at Aramark, you will oversee operations for a geographical district generating significant revenue, focusing on growth, financial performance, and employee engagement. This leadership role requires frequent travel to multiple client sites and is accountable for client relationships as well as operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts and units.
  • Coach and mentor employees, recognizing top talent and facilitating development.
  • Establish and maintain effective client relationships while understanding contractual obligations.
  • Build revenue and manage budgets, ensuring completion of P&L statements.
  • Implement efficient operations and cost controls for profitability.
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met across all locations.

Required skills

  • 5-10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility in hospitality, retail, or food industries.
  • Strong understanding of management practices and client interaction.
  • Ability to hire, assess, and develop talent.

  • Experience in leading change and turnaround initiatives.
