About the Role: As a Distribution Center Trainer, you will be a key player in fostering a high-performing team by delivering engaging training sessions, coaching associates, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Your expertise will help ensure that both new hires and seasoned team members excel in their roles, contributing to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive training sessions covering operational procedures, safety protocols, and company policies. Coach and mentor associates to enhance performance, providing constructive feedback and support. Track training progress, maintain accurate records, and facilitate ongoing learning initiatives. Collaborate with operational leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions. Demonstrate job tasks clearly, creating a motivating and resourceful learning environment. Why Join Us? Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of relevant training or coaching experience. Comfortable presenting to large groups and engaging diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, supportive coaching style. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic math skills (assessment may be required). Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed. Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours, with some schedule adaptability.
