Overview

Transdev is seeking a Dispatcher in Canonsburg, PA, responsible for overseeing road service operations and providing customer support to clients. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to safety in the transportation sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee road service by tracking trip performance measures and incidents
  • Provide customer support for questions and concerns about trips
  • Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators and act as a liaison with emergency services
  • Review route performance and proactively respond to service-impacting situations
  • Perform other duties as required

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in dispatching
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
