Dispatch Facilitator Transdev in Tinley Park, IL is hiring a Dispatch Facilitator. This position assists the Dispatch Facilitator with administrative tasks and customer engagement to ensure that Transdev is meeting and exceeding our operational goals in dispatch and providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility to coordinate with multiple providers to expedite solutions for client and customers Manage real-time ADA paratransit service delivery Adjust service to multiple providers as needed and directed Communicate effectively with Operators, service providers, client and customers Respond to service disruptions and emergencies Ensure compliance with all ADA, FTA and Pace-defined performance and safety standards. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be experienced in paratransit dispatch. Strong administrative, organizational, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Ability to work closely with, and support both the Dispatch Supervisors and the Dispatcher in day-to-day operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with paratransit operations and ADA requirements Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written form Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in pressure situations with fellow employees, supervisors, dispatchers, and service providers to attain the best possible transit service for customers. Knowledge of Trapeze required Knowledge of Genesys phone system preferred Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
