Key Responsibilities Coordinate outgoing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.Maximize efficiency of deliveries by optimizing routes and schedules.Prepare invoices and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about products and services to customers and drivers.Assist with loading and/or offloading trucks using a forklift as needed to help stage loads.Make corrections and substitutions as needed to accommodate delivery changes or issues.Maintain fleet documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and compliant with company policies. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 1 year of dispatch experience preferred.
