Job Description

Overview

As a Dishroom Attendant at gategroup in Honolulu, Hawaii, you will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness and organization within the dishroom area. Your primary responsibility will be managing the washing and storing of various dishware and utensils, all while working as part of a dedicated team that aims to enhance the travel experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Separate washable items such as trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, and silverware.
  • Place items on the dishwasher conveyor belt for cleaning.
  • Retrieve and stow washed items as required, following customer diagrams.
  • Follow directions and work collaboratively as a team member.
  • Complete required paperwork and administrative duties.

Required skills

  • Dishwashing experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and write for completing forms
  • Capability to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 50 pounds
