If you're driven by purpose and committed to empowering others, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilitiesImplement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and care teamsAdvocate for clients' rights, independence, and access to community resourcesAssist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility supportMaintain accurate documentation, case notes, and compliance recordsCoordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community organizationsMonitor client progress and adjust support strategies accordinglyRequirements:Experience in disability services, social services, or a related human services field preferredKnowledge of person-centered care principles preferredStrong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills requiredAbility to pass a background check and meet State licensing or certification requirements requiredValid driver's license, clear driving record, and reliable transportation requiredAbility to work varied days and hours requiredCPR/First Aid certification required (will provide if needed)MAT: Wyoming Department of Health Medication Assistance certification required (will provide if needed)High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not requiredAbout Us:Arcuri Disability Services, LLC is a licensed, accredited, and dedicated provider of disability support services in Casper, WY, committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through personalized, compassionate care.
