Overview

The Director of Social Media & Engagement at BluPeak Credit Union is a leadership role focused on transforming traditional marketing into a contemporary, social-first brand strategy. This position will scale BluPeak's social media presence, aiming to increase brand awareness, grow engaged audiences, and connect performance directly to new member acquisition.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media engagement and storytelling strategies
  • Own BluPeak's social media strategy, content calendar, and publishing initiatives
  • Lead the development of multimedia storytelling campaigns
  • Manage social listening and community engagement strategies
  • Develop and manage paid social media strategies
  • Optimize social media budgets and improve performance metrics
  • Create community engagement initiatives that raise visibility and trust
  • Define and track social media KPIs for brand awareness and acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Supervise social media staff and third-party vendors
