Overview

Super League is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Sales to enhance their presence in the New York City market. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with agency and brand decision-makers, driving business development, and leading strategic sales efforts in the gaming industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the face of Super League in the New York market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agency and brand-side decision-makers.
  • Run the full cycle of sales: prospect, pitch, close, and grow accounts.
  • Bring in new clients across priority verticals.
  • Package immersive activations with the creative and development teams.
  • Forecast sales and maintain a healthy pipeline.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, gaming, entertainment, branded content, or talent sales (Director level);
  • Proven track record of opening new business and exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling premium video, branded content, and interactive/immersive experiences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Knowledge of the gaming culture and next-gen audience behavior.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
