KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Oracle Accounting Hub for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Finance and Procurement functions, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applicationsSupport business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industriesLead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsSupervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagementsManage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost management policiesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: A minimum of eight years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP), Financial implementation, and upgrade experience with at least two implementation cycles for Oracle Cloud Accounting Hub (AHCS and/or AFCS) preferredBachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/universityCompletion of one full implementation with Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional Lead or Project Lead preferredStrong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality levelDetailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionalityTravel as requiredMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
