Dispositions Manage asset disposition processes.Coordinate marketing, due diligence, and closing activities.Interface with buyers, brokers, legal counsel, and investors.Ensure timely completion of transaction requirements. Refinancings & Capital Markets Coordinate refinance transactions and lender requirements.Manage loan application, diligence, and closing processes.Track lender deliverables and closing conditions.Support debt strategy and capital event execution. Transaction Management Maintain transaction checklists, timelines, and reporting.Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.Develop standardized transaction management processes.Improve execution efficiency across all transaction types.
