Description: The Gund Company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards who can bring clarity and structure to how roles are defined, how performance is rewarded, and how decisions are made across a multi-site organization. This is not a purely strategic role - it requires someone who is comfortable owning both the design and execution of compensation, incentives, and benefits.You will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Finance to ensure rewards programs are aligned to how the business operates.
