Job Description

Overview

SKIMS is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Director of Total Rewards to lead the evolution of their people technology ecosystem and global total rewards programs. This role focuses on UKG administration, benefits strategy, and global payroll, requiring deep HRIS expertise combined with strong business acumen.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner and strategic leader for UKG and all HR technology platforms
  • Develop and execute the HRIS roadmap to support organizational growth
  • Lead system configuration, optimization, upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionality
  • Manage system performance and integrations with IT and external vendors
  • Establish scalable reporting frameworks and workforce analytics capabilities
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and organizational metrics
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs
  • Oversee payroll operations ensuring timely and compliant processing
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to People & Culture leadership on HR technology strategy

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in administering and optimizing UKG
  • Strong experience with HR system implementations and integrations
  • Proven success in building workforce analytics and executive reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HR reporting tools
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and data privacy regulations
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
