They are seeking a Director of Technical Solutions to lead the professional-services arm of Customer Experience, focusing on technical solutions that deliver deep insights to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team across Solutions Architecture, Marketing Science, SQL Engineering, and Context Engineering.
  • Set the culture and direction of the Technical Solutions team.
  • Manage the service delivery metrics, including attach, utilization, and customer outcomes.
  • Act as a technical force multiplier to improve client retention and growth.
