This is an excellent opportunity for Surgical Services Directors, Perioperative Directors, OR Directors, and strong Surgical Services Managers ready to advance their careers.Locations:San Jose, CALoxahatchee, FLHouston, TXLone Tree, COResponsibilitiesLead and manage perioperative teams and surgical services operations.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.Develop and implement strategic plans to improve surgical service delivery.Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for surgical departments.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.Drive performance improvement initiatives and staff development programs.
