Job Description

Overview

The Director of Supply Chain Management at Amarx Search, Inc. will lead the strategic execution of the supply chain function in a large defense technology company. This role requires an individual with significant experience in supply chain management within the Aerospace and Defense industry, including a strong understanding of contract management and FAR/DFARS compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead all Division sites in procurement and supply chain metrics.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all Supply Chain related activities and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage procurement processes ensuring alignment with government and corporate policies.
  • Select, motivate, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Facilitate supplier development and operational strategy implementation.
  • Ensure program and division performance objectives are met or exceeded.

Required skills

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Graduate Degree with 10+ years of experience
  • Experience in Aerospace and Defense supply chain management
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS contractual terms
  • Earned Value Management experience
  • Advanced computer skills with SAP S4 Hana
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
