Overview

Skinny Dipped is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Strategic Accounts to lead its business across Foodservice and Alternative Channels nationwide. This role will focus on developing national strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships with various partners while mentoring the Alternative Channel Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will balance being a big-picture strategist with hands-on operational capabilities to drive growth in non-traditional market sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and grow National Foodservice and Alternative Channel business
  • Lead national strategy for identifying priority sub-channels and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with foodservice operators, distributors, and key partners
  • Manage national account negotiations and develop long-term partnerships
  • Develop and lead annual channel business plans aligned with company goals
  • Oversee trade spend and promotional strategy within Foodservice/Alternative channels
  • Directly manage and mentor the Alternative Channel Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with distributor and broker partners for effective execution
  • Deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts for production and inventory management
  • Represent SkinnyDipped in the field at customer meetings and industry events

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years of CPG sales experience, particularly in non-traditional or foodservice channels
  • Proven success in building and scaling national accounts
  • Experience in developing channel strategy and pricing architecture
  • Prior management experience
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including pricing and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High organization and proactivity in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative leadership style
