Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDirector of Risk ManagementDuties: Provide leadership and oversight for the organization's risk management program.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate clinical, operational, and regulatory risks.Review adverse events, incidents, claims, and patient-safety concerns.Lead root-cause analyses and support corrective action planning.Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, quality, compliance, legal, and executive leadership.Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and reporting processes.Qualifications: Current New Mexico RN license or active multistate RN license - requiredBachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing - requiredStrong knowledge of healthcare risk management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.Preferred Certification:Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred at time of hireCPHRM certification must be obtained within 3 years of employmentCompensation: $57.00-$72.00/HRLocation: Las Cruces, NM Apply today: Send resume to Questions?
