As a Director of Respiratory Therapy with HCA Florida Ocala Hospital you can be a part of an organization that is devoted to giving back! Job Summary and Qualifications Oversees the efficient operation of the cardiovascular and associated care departments. Responsible for planning and organization of the therapeutic and diagnostic procedures performed on patients (acute and chronic) ranging from "newborn" to "geriatric" population. Regularly reviews and reviews as necessary, care standards and ensures diagnostic and therapeutic programs comply with all hospital and regulatory agency standards and procedures. What qualifications you will need: 4 year Bachelor Degree required.Master Degree preferred. BLS required. Lic Certified Resp Therapist or State Reg Respiratory Therapist.RRT/CRT preferred.ACLS, & PALS (within 90 days of hire/transfer).3 - 5 years of respiratory leadership experience required.5+ years of respiratory leadership experience preferred.
