Overview

The Director of Residential Dining at Aramark is a management role focused on delivering exceptional dining solutions by overseeing and managing food service operations to meet customer needs. This position requires strong leadership and operational excellence in budget management, team development, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop dining team members to maximize performance
  • Oversee dining operations and ensure safety and sanitation standards
  • Build revenue and manage budget with cost control
  • Establish systems for food ordering, receiving, and serving
  • Maintain compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Coordinate labor management and employee training

Required skills
